Terms & Conditions! 

By completing payment you are confirming that you have read, understood and are agreeing to the terms & conditions outlined below.

1. Agreement
•  This agreement is between Evolv3 Group Training and you ("the Member").
•  This includes memberships and trial or challenge programs.

2. Access
•  Payment grants access to the gym during specified opening times.
•  Opening times may vary during holidays and Bank Holiday periods.

3. Membership Terms
•  Memberships are subject to a minimum contracted term of 1-12 months, as selected by the member.
•  Post-minimum term, all memberships automatically enter a monthly commitment with a 28-day notice period for cancellation.

4. Payments
•  Monthly membership fees are charged automatically via recurring card payment, using the card details provided by the member.
•  All membership and program payments are non-refundable unless eligible for an agreed guarantee.

5. Guarantee
•  Eligibility for any advertised guarantee requires full participation in your selected program or membership. This includes; attending coaching sessions, hitting nutrition targets, and completing measurements.

6. Pauses
•  Membership pauses are not possible, except due to exceptional circumstances.

  • In the instance of exceptional circumstances, the Max Pause of membership will be 60 days only.

7. Cancellations
•  After the minimum contracted term, all cancellations require 30 days notice, payments made during this period are non-refundable.
•  Early termination of a contract before the minimum term expires incurs a 50% fee based on the remaining duration of the contract.

8.Coaches Holidays

Coaches are entitled to 28 days holiday over the year. Memberships are ongoing over this time as all customers are charged for 48 weeks of the year.

9. Health & Safety
  • The member confirms they are physically fit and able to exercise without any health problems that could hinder or adversely affect them.
    •  The gym is not liable for injuries unless due to gross negligence or intentional acts.
•  Adherence to staff instructions is mandatory.

10.Medical

  • We are not medical practitioners or registered dieticians. We strongly recommend that if you have any concerns prior to commencing any diet/exercise regime that you consult a medical practitioner and or/registered dietician first.
  • We have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind.

11. Price Changes
•  All membership prices may be subject to annual inflation adjustments.
•  You will be given a minimum of 30 days notice prior to any price increase.

12. Acceptance
• Completing payment confirms your understanding and agreement to these terms.
