Q: Where is your gym? 
We are located in Bishopbriggs, 2 minutes away from Bishopbriggs cross. 
Q: Is there parking available? 
Yes, we have limited parking on-site. 
Q: When are the sessions? 
Weekdays 6:00am-9am and 4:15pm-8:00pm. Saturdays 8am–11am. 
Q: How long are the sessions?
Every group personal training session is 45-minutes long. 
Q: Are the session  times flexible? 
Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week. 
Q: When can I start? 
Once you've completed payment and you can book an intro session and get started right away. 
Q: When are the intro sessions? 
We have intro sessions available every Saturday morning. 
Q: What's included? 
You get group PT, nutrition support, personal coaching, and Bi-weekly check-ins with coach. 
Q: Do I get coached? 
Yes – this a fully coached program. 
Q: How much is it? 
The challenge is currently £209.99. 
Q: Do I need to be fit already?
